What is traditional glass neon?

Traditional glass neon is hand bent glass tubing filled with a noble gas. This is a century old process that requires incredible craftsmanship and precision. Traditional glass neon is sustainable due to its heirloom quality, meaning you will not ever need to replace the bulb, unlike alternative LED "neon" strips that last only for years and have nowhere near the same quality of light.

What happens if a neon bulb breaks?

No worries! We sell replacement bulbs in the rare event that your lamp breaks. Send us an email at hello@unlikelydesignco.com for bulb replacement requests!

All of our products are handmade in the USA by Reeves Studios and MDK Studio

What does made to order mean?

Made to order means that our products are created after your order is placed. This allows us to keep adaptable inventory and provide you with a larger variety of finish options, resulting in zero waste from our manufacturing process.

What does ready to ship mean?

Ready to ship means that our products are created before your order is placed. These items are released in a limited run and are only available "as is," meaning they can not be modified. This includes all of our one of a kind products.
